This page explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about a Qinghai or Gansu tour, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, WeChat or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, contact details, travel dates, group composition (including ages), dietary and medical notes you volunteer, and passport details only where required for bookings such as Mogao Caves or hotel registration.
We use this information solely to design and operate your trip: to quote, to reserve hotels, rail and attraction tickets, to plan halal meals and prayer stops, and to support you on the road. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
To deliver a trip we must share the minimum necessary details with hotels, drivers and ticketing agents. We share only what is needed for a specific booking and require suppliers to use it only for that purpose.
We never ask for full card numbers, CVVs or banking passwords over chat. Deposits and balances are settled through the payment method we agree with you in writing; our staff will not request sensitive credentials through WhatsApp or WeChat.
We keep booking records for as long as needed to operate the trip and to meet Chinese accounting and tourism-licence obligations. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted on request.
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold, correct it, or delete it, by writing to [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp. We respond within a few working days.
This website is a static site. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Any third-party embeds (for example the map on the About page) are governed by that provider's own policy.
