These terms set out how we quote, confirm and deliver private tours. They are written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.
Qinghai Youxuan Culture & Tourism Co., Ltd. (青海优选文旅有限公司) is a travel agency licensed in Xining, Qinghai. These terms govern the private tours we quote and operate for travellers.
Prices are quoted in Malaysian ringgit (RM) per person unless stated otherwise, and depend on group size, hotel grade, season and the number of days. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. Indicative prices shown on this website are a guide only; the written, itemised quote we send you is the binding figure.
A booking is confirmed when we receive the agreed deposit and issue you written confirmation. The balance is payable as set out in that confirmation. We do not ask for payment before you have seen the finalised itinerary and exactly what is included.
Each itinerary lists its inclusions and exclusions. As a rule, tour fees cover the private vehicle and driver-guide, hotels, listed entrance tickets and halal breakfast; international flights, lunches and dinners, optional activities and personal spending are not included unless stated.
Cancellation terms depend on how close to departure you cancel and on payments already committed to hotels and suppliers. The applicable schedule is provided in writing with your quote, before any money changes hands. Where we can change dates instead of cancelling, we will always try.
Our routes travel through high-altitude regions. You must tell us in advance about any heart, blood-pressure, respiratory or other relevant condition. We carry oxygen and a pulse oximeter and adjust plans when needed, but travellers remain responsible for obtaining their own medical advice and insurance.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas or permits, and adequate travel insurance. We verify current entry rules for your dates as a courtesy, but the final responsibility for documentation rests with the traveller.
Weather, road closures, government restrictions and other events beyond our control may require changes to a route. Where this happens we will offer the best available alternative and, where relevant, discuss any price difference honestly.
We operate as a licensed local travel agency and are responsible for the services we directly provide. We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, or from a traveller's failure to follow reasonable safety guidance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, it will be handled by the competent authorities in Qinghai.
